	Immaculately presented and spotlessly clean 6 berth holiday home 36’ x 12’. 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, lounge, kitchen, dining area, shower room and separate WC.
	The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, utensils and saucepans.
	Colour TV, Video and Freeview box in lounge. Alarm clock provided.
	Electric panel heaters.
	Beds are provided with duvets pillows, mattress and pillow protectors.
	Table, chairs and parasole and BBQ for outdoor use.
	Bed linen can be provided at an additional cost of £18 per full set or £6 per double bed - £3 per single bed.
